Sega sound amp help- afterburner/outrun

A video game arcade cabinet, also known as a video arcade machine or video coin-op, is the housing within which a video arcade game's hardware resides. Most cabinets designed since the 1990's conform to the JAMMA wiring standard.

Sega sound amp help- afterburner/outrun

Post by /Arcade »

I’m getting no volume out of the right speaker on an Afterburner upright. The speaker is good. Can only find blurry schematics for this sega 839-0035 sound amp board. I want to recap the correct side of the board, which I believe is on the right side of the sound amp as it’s mounted in the cab, if you’re also looking at it with the heat sink at the top. Can anyone confirm this for me? All the caps look good, I did reflow some solder no results just yet. Also cleaned connection from the motherboard. Not a ton of info on this amp, just circles. It’s used in super hang-on, and outrun as well.
