[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

I recently installed the homebrew launcher on my Japanese 3ds, but I cannot seem to find any up to date information on how to install the region free launcher. I want to play a few EU/NA games. Any help/direction would be much appreciated.
