Welcome to Monday everyone, this one will be quick. We’ve got another game that moves to the “released” column on our tracking list, the recently unveiled Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory by Jersey Jack Pinball. News per this tweet:

Willy Wonka was first unveiled back in April as having been designed by a team led by Pat Lawlor. It is based on the 1971 film of the same name, sporting a vibrant theme that by all accounts is appealing to people of all ages, even if they haven’t seen that original film. It’s JJP’s 5th game, following Pirates of the Caribbean last year.
I have not had the pleasure of seeing this game in person yet, but with units now shipping, perhaps one will show up near me soon. There are quite a few videos on YouTube showing extensive play of the game if you’re so inclined, although I like to experience these games myself before making any purchase decisions. There are several pins I’d love to add to my collection right now, but as a small mom-&-pop location you can’t buy games like you’re a kid at the candy store with an unlimited budget.
Of course with this milestone reached, now everyone will be curious to hear what the next project is; Jack has stated in interviews earlier this year that they would be unveiling two new games in 2019. Rumors have stated that the next one is Toy Story, which of course is on the minds of the public right now with the launch of Toy Story 4.
If you have played this game already, what did you think of it?
