Please help i am very sad

Ok so I got a 3ds a couple of years back and it started doing this poping thing so I haven't used in like a couple of years I've tried many YouTube toutoriols but none of them have worked please help this is one of the only things left I have to remember my dad from he gave it to me for Christmas one year
