Patching XBE's

I have a game, ESPN Football 2K4, where I only get sound. I'm running Rocky's latest softmod. I installed the DVD2XBOX app from the extra disc. I copied to hard drive, but still no video. I'm currently using the processing ACL option, but it has stalled or froze. Maybe it takes awhile. I don't know. I never used before. I also used Qwix to patch xbe, but that didn't work either. Are there other options I could explore.
