RGB modded PC-Engine w/mini DIN 8 to HD Retrovision?

So I have a PC-Engine, with a basic Electronik-Repair RGB amp installed. This is running to a mini-din 8, which I would like to use with one of my HD RetroVision cables. But thought I would check if anyone has done anything along these lines before I dive into it with both feet. Seems like it should be a simple cable to make, going from mini-8 to mini-9 DIN.
