My disk reader broke or something, what do I do?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

My disk reader just broke, and I did everything that it told me to do on the website unsuccessfully. Is there any other possible way to fix it? I live in china so idk if I can get service for it.
