Trying to Identify spare Mobo

My roommate just pulled his box of old parts out of storage, and in it there's a TA-088 mobo. I'm unable to tell which version it is. Does anyone have any experience with identifying these? I'm assuming it's a v1 because it doesn't say anything after "TA-088". I would assume v2 would have "TA-088v2" or "TA-088-02" printed if it wasn't a v1 mobo.
The only info I can find on Google is that three versions of the TA-088 exist.
