Question about nomad prices

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

Question about nomad prices

Im fairly new to sega systems and have the opportunity to buy a Sega Nomad+the official carrying case+Sword of Vermillon, all in almost new shape for $250. I just wanted to know if it is worth it or if the price of the official case is only $130-$150 on pricecharting due to lack of sales data. Also looking for recommendations on games for the Genesis for somebody who plays Dungeon Crawlers and RPGs primarily.
