My Xbox 360 stopped working

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

My Xbox 360 stopped working for 3 weeks now and I couldn't find a fix on the internet so I came here...So I hope anyone could help me with this.The problem is: The power supply light is orange but the Xbox just won't turn on.In my opinion its a short circuit in the power port, but I would like to hear other opinions or even if someone can help me fix that.Thanks.
(edit: the xbox is cracked btw)
