How good is the PSP Go's LCD screen quality compared to the PSP Slims?

Post by /psp »

So I LOVE my PSP Slim 2000, and it is my primary pocket handheld. However, due to the aged quality of the LCD screen compared to modern handhelds and mobile devices, I found myself wanting to upgrade. I have never played a PSP Go, and don't know of anyone who has one to try it out.
I was wondering how good is the quality of the LCD screen on the PSP Go compared to the PSP Slim, in terms of pixel response time, ghosting, and things like that? Would I notice a difference, or do I need to go for something like a Vita to really notice a difference? I'd prefer a PSP Go over a Vita due to the smaller pocket size, now that I found out how easy it is to install custom firmware on them.
