Need Help identifying speakers connection

Need help identifying what these are... I recently bout a viewlix L cab from an arcade it's probably the chinese knockoff ones but he sold it to me for 500$ as i know these cabs even then clones go for 1.5+

I have no idea what these Blue wires are and what they go into. Is there a specific amp i need to buy in order to get these to work? I'm not sure what his thought process was when he got these. Looks like some molex plastic connectors or pci-e plugs. I'm wondering if i can strip off the ends and just put them in the current sound amp i have. but theres 4 of them so that means i would only get 2 of the 4 speakers to work
