Looking for Japan Exclusives.

Hi everyone! I've kinda gotten started on collection Playstation stuff in general, and now that I have at least one of every Playstation, I'm looking to get a Japanese PS2. I know it's cheaper to region break an US console, but it's for collecting purposes. What are some great Japan only games, or games that differ enough from the North American releases to warrant getting? I mainly go for survival horror and JRPGs so that should be a large number of titles.
