Are these Wiimotes Fake?

[TD] I bought 2 Motion Plus Wiimotes used on eBay from 2 different sellers who both had 100% positive feedback and sold the controllers as "authentic". But I feel as if both are not authentic. The first one doesn't have a shortcut for the sync button on the battery cover, which should be there on a Motion Plus Wiimote, and the second one does have the shortcut for the sync button, but on the right side of the Wiimote, it doesn't have the CE Certification, which the first one does have. This is very strange, because they both have the model number "RVL-036" on them, and I'm pretty sure that model should have a sync button shortcut and a ce certification. Furthermore, when I connect them to my computer via bluetooth, they both appear as "Nintendo RVL-CNT-01, as they should, but in controllers lite, which is what I use to determine fake PS3 controllers, shows the vendor of both Wiimotes as "Unknown", and I'm not sure if it's supposed to be "Nintendo."

Lemme know if you have any insight on the situation, because I'm new to the Wii, and never bought any Wiimotes back in the day brand new from a store.

Below are some screenshots and images to support what I said above.
