Is there a savewizard for ps3? Need a modded save file please

I have the metal gear legacy collection USA version. I've beaten them all in previous consoles with all things unlocked. Wondering if save files exist for the games to have max credit.weapons.items unlocked so I can essentially do a ng+ run. My ps3 is not cfw by the way
