Help with Rockband's DLCs

Hi, I'm really into Rockband Unplugged and want to get some new songs. I downloaded DLCs and placed a folder with them in the GAME directory. But the songs still don't appear in the real game (I turned on in-game "unlock all songs" option). I even see DLC in memory stick in a PSP main menu. I tried to use these DLC plugins, but I can't see them in VSH menu (and I'm not sure if I actually need them). Could someone explain me, step by step, how to install DLC like this on my PSP?

PS. Could someone recommend me some games like Rockband on PSP? I would like to play Rockband 4 on PS4, but I need these instruments for it, so I'm looking for some more casual rhythm games.
