Was there a red psp 3000 released in NA that wasn't the GoW bundle?

[Released: 2004] The PSP is the only handheld console to use an optical disc format as its primary storage medium. Other distinguishing features of the console include its large viewing screen and robust multi-media capabilities.

Was there a red psp 3000 released in NA that wasn't the GoW bundle?

I found a psp on fb marketplace that is an all red psp 3000 but i can't seem to find any info on it. I thought it was the GoW psp but it has all red buttons and the back doesn't have krato's face on it.
From my research i found an all red (radiant red) console was released in Japan and EU but not in NA.
Does anyone have any knowledge about the different versions so that i may be able to try to tell which one it is from the FB photos.
