Can’t get Tekken 3 bin file transferred on Bleemsync 1.1

Can’t get Tekken 3 bin file transferred on Bleemsync 1.1

I’ve hidden the original games and want to transfer Tekken 3 (USA) bin file but it seems to remain stuck in the Transfer folder and not appearing on the list of games. Any ideas of how to add Tekken 3 successfully?
