New C7 message problem

New C7 message problem

Hey everyone,
Not super tech savvy so I apologize if this is a easy fix. I’ve been using Hakchi2 CE v3.5.3 with relative ease and over the past few months been adding SNES & Sega Genesis games without any issues. To run the SNES games I’ve been using the Canoe core and the Genesis Plus GX core for the Sega games all with RetroArch 176.
Today I thought to try and add some MAME games but had no success. During that process I installed the new RetroArch 177 and uninstalled the old RetroArch 176. I installed then uninstalled the MAME core and Bios core since I wouldn’t need them. Now when I try to play any of the Sega genesis games I get a C7 message. However I can play any of the SNES games without a problem. I have a total of 164 games and only have 20 games per folder.
Can anyone here help me out to how I can fix my C7 message problem? Thank you!
