(Have a USB-HOST) Any fast way to import several huge complete romsets for several consoles?

I feel like someone has to have figured out a way to pre-package the romset (with or without the actual roms, I've got those already) such that I don't have to type in the game's title and search Google Images for box art on every individual game. I've searched and just come up with nothing, except people wanting to sell me a premod console...
Does such a thing exist and where can I grab it? Again - I've got the actual roms, it's just the metadata/boxart and a bulk import method I need. I'm hoping to pimp this thing out which until I got the USB-HOST I just threw a few games on at a time.
