Choa Editor not working with Dreamshell 4.0

I recently acquired a dreamshell SD card reader for my dreamcast. I am slowly learning how to use it and so far its great for backing up my old save files.

However, I can't figure out how to upload new fules to my vmu. Particularly the "Chao Editor" or "Chao Editor 2" games.

The download was a .vmi file, and by copying the download link and renaming it, I was able to get the .vms file. But neither will copy to my vmu using the dreamshell. I have spend hours looking for help online and there is not one place with this info.

How do I get the "Chao Editor" on my vmu?
