Asteroids Deluxe - Help

[KLOV]

Hooked up an AD board, good voltages. (+5 , +15, -15)
Checked all software roms, all good.
I get 2 high tones and 1 low tone. Checked M3 and replaced (same results) tried several ram chips, all with the same tones.

On scope I get nothing. Just a dot.

Check voltages on the X out and the Y out on board set.
On X out get -10.14 dc volts.
On Y out get -9.20 dc volts.

I would like to just get a starting point of what to check and where?
I would love to understand the problems and figure this...
