Wells Gardner K4902 Monitor with Sync Issue

Hi folks!
I have a Wells-Gardner K4902 Monitor with a sync issue. It received this from a friend who said originally the screen wouldn't expand horizontally so he thought it needed a cap kit.
I installed a cap kit and have this problem. I did not check the monitor beforehand like a dummy so I am assuming maybe this problem existed before I installed the kit.
You can see in the pictures that it seems to be displaying at least 3 screens instead of one. It is
connected to my original MsPacman...
