Harvest Moon: Animal Parade (Wii) .cmp files

Hello, I'm trying to rip the files for Luna and the rival character children in Animal Parade. The thing is, I keep running into dead ends trying to import the .cmp files to see the models. All I know of is the model for Luna being HRK049.cmp, but when I try to import it in applications like MilkShape it doesn't show up at all with it's importer plugin.

Does anyone know any applications that work with .cmp files and can load the models? And a tutorial on how to do so? Thank you
