Cruis’n USA CRT issues

Hello everyone,

Recently I acquired a Cruis'n USA that plays blind, I'm having troubles with the CRT. If I can save the CRT I'd love to keep it in the machine. I am relatively new to these and don't have much experience. The screen showed one horizontal line and then went blank, never showed picture again. There is no neck glow on the tube and it sounds like there is a tic tic tic noise coming from the back. I've attached some pictures, i believe it's a U5000 monitor. Any help would be...
