What Flux Pen Do You Use?

How do you apply flux before desoldering? I'm assuming flux pen is the most popular (but could be wrong).. anyway, please -- share what you use!

My most recent purchase was this, and it's pretty bad (the tip becomes deformed quite easily, and the flux evaporates before I'm able to grab my desoldering tool). I've also tried paste with brushes, and they're horrible.
