Ice Cold Beer Issues - Ball Return and Pulley Malfunction

I have an Ice Cold Beer that quite frequently has two issues, which I'm wondering if anyone has any feedback on possible solutions:

1 - The erroneous ball solenoid kicker doesn't successfully return the ball (kick it upward). I have replaced the solenoid itself (with an N-26-1200 from Marco), added a 1000uf 63v capacitor between TP6 and TP7 (which was missing; I added per a service bulletin to give additional power to the solenoid), and replaced bridge rectifiers BR1 and BR2...
