Help with unlaunch (sorry if I posted this twice)

[Released: 2004/8] The DS/i is a dual-screen handheld console and resembles that of the multi-screen games from the Game & Watch line. The lower display is overlaid with a touchscreen designed to accept input from a stylus.

I go to install unlaunch and twilight menu and I go to uninstall it and I get stuck in filemenu with no helper or twilight menu option
I don't know how to fix this please help
