Respect to Microsoft for warranty work outside of warranty

I have a 20th anniversary controller, warranty has been out for over a year.

Spoke on the phone with them as the online system wasn’t offering any sort of repair option (was just going to pay to have sticks fixed if it was a option) But because it’s a special edition they are repairing it under warranty for me after a quick phone call and a follow up email in the morning.

This makes it the second time it’s had a stick drift sorted, oddly though as never had a previous gen controller with drift despite having like 10+ controllers wear the stick rubber out.
