Raspberry Pico not Starting Up After Installing MicoPython

Hello Everyone,

I just bought my first raspberry pico today and am trying to get it working. I opened up the HTML page on the pico, downloaded the micropython link and dragged it over to the pico in file explorer. Doing this is supposed to reboot the pico. However, the pico I have shuts down and doesn't turn back on. Any ideas why?
