Controller analog issue

Hello,
So i recently bought my first dreamcasts and it came with 3 controllers.
Actually one of them have issue with analog stick that doesnt register any movement to left or right. Everything in controller works expect this, up and down on analog its perfect.
Does anyone have idea how to fix this?
