Raspberry Pi Camera V2 Issues

Post by /RaspberryPi »

I wrote a simple code on Thonny to record a video on my Raspberry Pi camera but once I changed the frame rate it made my camera zoom in and it won't zoom back out by itself.

Does anyone know how to change it back to its original state or should I just write the camera to zoom out in my code?

When this happened, I tried a couple of different values for the framerate and resolution like resolution=(1280,720) and framerate=80. I think the frame rate was too high but I'm not 100% sure. It happened to me before and I was able to fix it by deleting the file and the camera went back to its original state but I don't know why that's not working again. Anything helps so I appreciate it!

Here's my code for reference:
