Bought a second hand Raspberry Pi 4 8Gb. Are these sysbench scores in line with others? Something seems off

The Raspberry Pi is a series of credit card-sized single-board computers developed in the United Kingdom by the Raspberry Pi Foundation to promote the teaching of basic computer science in schools and developing countries.

I found these benchmarks
https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=243567 but they all have way different results and are 3 years old. They have higher total time and higher latency which would suggest I am either doing something wrong or the 64bit Kernel performs differently?

Since the system feels kinda sluggish so not sure if the hardware is ok or not. Is there a better way to benchmark the Pi?

More Information on the Pi. I am using passive heatsinks and the official powersupply. Temps at idle are around 50 to 60c at 26c room temperature. Fresh system install on an SSD

I ran Sysbench with the following command:

sysbench --test=cpu --cpu-max-prime=20000 --num-threads=4 run

CPU speed:

events per second: 2771.77

General statistics:

total time: 10.0010s

total number of events: 27731

Latency (ms):

min: 1.41

avg: 1.44

max: 20.63

95th percentile: 1.44

sum: 39984.73

Threads fairness:

events (avg/stddev): 6932.7500/37.31

execution time (avg/stddev): 9.9962/0.00
