Is it possible to remove the "clicky" of the button and the shoulders?

Is it possible to remove the "clicky" of the button and the shoulders?

I just got my 1st GBA SP and i'm kinda annoyed by its click noise with the buttons and the shoulders, i was wondering if there's any mod possible to remove the noise?
