I need help with my black ops 3

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

I have black ops 3 for Xbox 360 and when I enter it it starts downloading resources over and over again and it doesn't let me play "compatibility pack stopped" or the download was unsuccessful, please help what do I do?
