I've heard people have been having trouble with delisted 360 games

usually if you wanna buy a delisted Xbox 360 game all you would have to do is go to the Xbox 360 website (marketplace.xbox.com if I remember correctly) and buy it there then it would let you install it awesome! This all worked perfectly until now
so basically what happens is you spend money and the game is not available for download
tl;dr Xbox 360 website letting you spend money on games but not download them
