DLCs in different language (CoD BO1)

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

DLCs in different language (CoD BO1)

Call of Duty Black OPS 1 is censored in my country, unfortunately, so I got a UK-copy. After finishing the campaign, I was planning to buy some DLCs for Zombies, but I found our they aren't available in my country for said UK-version.
If I buy the DLCs in my language, do they still work and only the language is different or does the game not even recognise them?
