Searching for an arkanoid type of game

Hi, so I remember when i had the NES at home, i played this game a lot, but cant remember the name, it was about breaking tiles by bouncing balls with a platfomr you move.. there are certain aspects to this game that might help you identify it, in some stages there was an owl that ate your ball, sometimes there was a dude in a cloud that threw lightning bolts at you, some stages there were like turtles that move and form more tiles.. please help
