Xbox Elite 2 Warranty Claim Issue UK

Hi guys, I’ve been experiencing serious stick drift with my elite series 2 and it is within a year of purchase so I’ve been attempting to claim a repair through the official Microsoft site. The controller is registered to my account via the serial number but every time I try to follow the warranty/repair path I am unable to proceed past the screen where I have to type in an address. I have tried multiple different addresses and none seem to work. Has anyone else had this issue? The text chat help is useless and I can’t find a contact number anywhere. Does anyone know how I can go about this? Many thanks
