Any ideas on how to create DIY end labels?

Any ideas on how to create DIY end labels?

So here's the thing: I absolutely love how those end label stickers you can get on Etsy look together on a shelf. My problem is though that they are super expensive due to shipping to my country, and I kinda don't see myself spending 60-80€ on a sheet of stickers. So now I'm considering making them myself, but I couldn't really find anything on the process. Has anyone ever tried this before?
