Psp drive acts weird and inconsistent

Psp drive acts weird and inconsistent

Some games don't load, then it says software cannot be read
On this other game it constantly asks if I want to quit
The weirdest is one particular umd that is in good condition, no damage, cracks or bents. When I booted it first time after purchasing, it loaded normally. Now it either loads and then constantly asks if I want to quit, or drive does not start to spin at all. No sound, no icon of loading.
Please help.
