Modding/hacking guide?

I want to play both psp and non psp games on my psp. Ps1 crash, Spyro, rayman, probably a couple others I can’t think of right now. Perhaps some Kirby games. I have a 2000 I’d like to play them on. How would I go about doing this? Links would be appreciated.
I bought a micro sd card adapter online. I saw that you need to format the sd card to fat32. I know the ceiling for sd cards this format is 32gb. I think that should be enough storage for less than a couple dozen games but I want to check.
