Finding a Doso PSP Controller Receiver?

Yes you can make your PSP somewhat consolized (Needs custom firmware of course and the proper .prx driver to get it working)...
We've moved into our new house back in March and I happen to lose the adapter for the controller. Anyone or anywhere I can just buy just the adapter? I've already spent a pretty penny to get this a couple years ago.
