How do I take games from my old 360 to my new 360?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

Pretty much what the title says. I got a new 360 in a different house and I have a whole lot of games on my old one. Is there a way I can move them from my old one to my new one?
