Game Suggestions...

Hi all,
I'm in my mid 40s and slowly feel like the enjoyment is going out of gaming. My xb1 is currently filled with fortnite, apex and other multiplayer titles that my sons play and that I try to play but get frustrated with as I'm just not good enough or have the time to "git gud" at...
I'm looking for suggestions for games, preferably single player, where I can get some of my enjoyment back.
I dont tend to finish many games so anything too long or complicated will probably not be for me!
I have varied gaming tastes and am a bit of sci fi nerd. I do have GamePass so suggestions from there welcomed too!
