Og xbox games not working on my 360 S?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

I bought battlefront 2 and episode 3 on the store and they don’t work. It says to try and download them again but when i do they still don’t work. And yes i do have a Microsoft hdd and am updated to the latest one. What is going on?
