Gameboy Macro optimized GB(C) emulator gameyob for single screen usage

I couldn't find a way (or release) to enable the single screen option by default for the emulator gameyob, so I modified the code by myself. Maybe helpful for other people too:

I put it into the emulator directory of Twilight Menu, works like intended.
