What modchip is this?

Can someone tell me what modchip this is?
Just purchased a faulty Halo green edition Xbox. It powers on as soon as the mains cable is plugged in but the on/off switch doesn't seem to work, so I can't turn it off unless I remove the mains cable.
The dvd drive doesn't work and I can't get the tray open to remove the game disc inside. I've tried a paperclip in the drive eject hole, but it must be jammed because no matter how hard I try, I can't eject the disc.
Consequently, there's an error message on the screen informing me of my non-working drive.
I can't seem to do anything else, so I'm going to strip the machine down and give it a clean.
The capacitors look OK,.
Is this modchip worth keeping?
