Will Nes cartridges survive in cold temperatures for months?

So when I moved out of my mom's house many years ago I left about half of my Nes collection (at the time) there due to lack of space. It's about 100 games. Now I don't go in that house anymore because there's bed bugs but I'm trying to figure out a way to salvage those games. If we were to put them in an airtight gasket tote in an outdoor shed for months would they be ok when I eventually open it or will the cold destroy them?
