Banned Console?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

Banned Console?

When my friend tried to create an account it instantly banned me from Xbox Live, thankfully that's not that big of a deal as I almost never used it but it's still unfortunate nonetheless. However, I'm somewhat worried how this will affect my account, it seems to still be up on the website but I'm curious on how this would affect my account on other Xbox 360s and even on my Xbox One. Will they get banned as well the moment I log in or are they fine and this will only affects the modified system. Any information on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
